Dear members and friends of RAS Korea
I would like to encourage you to think very seriously about the benefits of staring hard and long at blossoming trees. Because we are organizing several excursions this month designed precisely with that activity in mind.
Why not join us on one (or even two)? Sign up soon!

Dear members and friends of RAS Korea,
March is here and I hope that many of you will sign up for one or other of our excursions, now that the weather is warmer. It is such a good way of discovering Korea, in good company with enthusiastic guides! We are still working to improve our program, but for the moment here are the lectures, excursions and other events planned for the coming weeks.

Dear members and friends of the Royal Asiatic Society Korea Branch,
You may recall that early in October a professor of dance named Ms. Park Eun-young presented a special re-enactment of a Joseon-era court performance in Changgyeonggung palace.
She will present the same dances, songs and ceremonies this coming Saturday December 8 at 6:00 pm in the 국립국악원 예악당 Yyeak-dang hall of the National Gugak Center, which is beside Seoul Arts Center (see here for directions)

Patrick Wunderlich talked with Brother Anthony, president of the RAS-KB, about what the RAS-KB is and why it is a great organization to join and support. They discussed tours, lectures, and how it has changed over the years. Please share this interview with anyone who may be interested in joining the RAS-KB.
