2013 will see the release of a photo journal book the likes of which have never seen before in Korea. The book will feature images of the mountains and cultures along the Baekdu Daegan (백두대간) – the mountain spine that runs the length of the Korean peninsula. Over the last year Roger Shepherd has spent an unprecedented three months photographing unexplored areas of the 백두대간 in North Korea. He will be giving a presentation for RASKB about his experiences there and what this book will mean to Korea.
