(note date/time change) Petroglyphs and Other Ancient Remains of Ulsan

On this excursion with the RAS we will venture to Ulsan, Gyeongsangnam-do, and see many of the overlooked but ancient remains of the thriving industrial shipping city of Ulsan. Several highlights on this excursion are:

(cancelled) Cultural and Scenic Splendor of Eastern Jiri-san

You are invited to join a rare, elite and fascinating excursion to the best sights in the eastern areas of the highly sacred “Exquisite Wisdom Mountain”, including three great Buddhist temples. Guided by an academic expert on this area’s culture, we will visit the all best-known places and also a few that are less-known but very worthwhile for aficionados, and enjoy some great mountain scenery and cuisine.

(confirmed) Namsan Hanok Village

Join the RAS as we delve into Korea’s past by visiting Namsan Hanok Village, a collection of five traditional houses that have been relocated from various parts of Seoul during the Joseon dynasty. Located in a park at the foot of Namsan, this peaceful village is a wonderful spot to encounter traditional Korean culture.

(confirmed) Walking Tour: Korea's Native Faiths and Gods

On the occasion of the National foundation Day of Korea(개천절) on October 3, RAS KB will lead a special walking tour on Korea's Native Faiths and Gods to visit various religious sites including Tangun Shrine(단군성전) in downtown Seoul.
